PROVIDENCE, RI – A single-vehicle crash in East Providence on Sunday morning claimed the life of an 18-year-old man. The incident occurred at about 2:30 a.m. when Jefferson Zaid Lara Romero veered across three lanes of travel on I-195 and slammed into a barrier.
