PROVIDENCE, RI – A 62-year-old man went to the hospital on Monday after a hit-and-run crash at a busy Providence intersection.
The incident happened at Broad Street and West Friendship Street, which is west of Rhode Island Hospital and southeast of Grace Church Cemetery.
Police haven’t shared any details about the accident except to say that it was a serious crash. The extent of the victim’s injuries is unknown.
Authorities haven’t yet released a description of the hit-and-run vehicle involved in the accident.
