PROVIDENCE, RI – Authorities have formally indicted a 35-year-old woman for leaving the scene after hitting a pedestrian with her vehicle this past February in Providence.
The accident occurred around 10 p.m., February 14th, on North Main Street near the Charlesgate Apartments, which is near the intersection with Doyle Avenue.
The hit-and-run collision killed a 38-year-old pedestrian identified as Zacory Richardson.
Police identified the driver as Alisha Pina. Pina was indicted last week and will face arraignment on November 15th.
