CRANSTON, RI – A motorcyclist died in Cranston on Wednesday after crashing bike along Old Bald Hill.
The incident happened early in the morning behind TONI&GUY Hairdressing Academy, which is just west of Route 5 and south of Mayfield Avenue.
Police say that the 40-year-old biker lost control of his motorcycle near the intersection of Old Bald Hill and Cotirell Street.
The victim, identified as Robert Seeley, was not wearing a safety helmet at the time of the accident.
Authorities identified intoxication and speed as probable factors in the collision.
