Narrative

At 6a.m. on Jan. 20th, a speeding Infinity crashed into two other vehicles on Oak Hill Road and Route 4, leaving two people with minor injuries. A law enforcement officer had seen the speeding vehicle pass by and had begun to follow it. The crash occurred before the officer arrived on scene. Alexander Salcedo, 20, was the at-fault driver and is being charged with reckless driving.
