WEST GREENWICH, RI – One driver was hospitalized after two vehicles collided head-on along a highway in Kent County on Thursday morning, WPRI reports.
Police say the accident happened around 5:30 a.m. on Victory Highway, or RI-102.
One of the vehicles caught fire after the collision, and that driver sustained injuries. The other driver declined medical intervention.
It is unclear what caused the crash. The incident remains under investigation.
