Kalyana Champlain Spears, 45, crashed into two cars on Route 1 and E. Beach Rd. around 4:30p.m. on March 8th. She refused a test to see if she was intoxicated, and she faces multiple charges for suspected impaired driving, traffic violations, and refusing to take a test. No one involved in the crash was seriously injured. In a video of the accident, one sees that a police car drives across the intersecting road as the accident happens.
