PROVIDENCE, RI – Two children sustained minor injuries in a three-vehicle chain-reaction crash at a busy intersection in Providence.
The crash happened around 5:50 p.m. on the northbound side of Route 10 near Union Avenue, which is in the West End area.
Police say that an alleged drunk driver lost control of her Honda and crashed into an SUV, which then hit a Nissan.
Two children in the Honda sustained non-critical injuries.
Authorities arrested the driver of the Honda, 36-year-old Stefane Garcia, on suspicion of intoxication.
