LINCOLN, R.I.- An incident involving a rolled over vehicle stopped traffic in Lincoln on Thursday morning, NBC 10 News reports.
Northbound Route 146 saw significant delays in people’s regular commute as many lanes were closed due to an accident.
The RIDOT reported the crash around 6a.m. near Exit 7 and it was not until about 7a.m. that all lanes were reopened.
