CENTRAL FALLS, RI – An accident involving a blue sedan and a van sent several people to the hospital in East Providence County on July 3rd.
10 WJAR reports that the accident happened late Sunday night near the intersection of Broad Street and Sacred Heart Avenue.
A witness reported seeing the blue car crash into the van as the driver of the van attempted to turn left. The collision caused the van to rotate several times after hitting a telephone pole.
An investigation of the incident is currently underway. It is not yet clear how many people were involved in the crash, nor do we know the extent of the injuries sustained. Our team will work to update the blog if additional details become available.
